  • Assisted Counter Balance x 5
  • Face the Wall Squat x 5
  • Goblet Squat x 1 w/ pause (heavy-ish)

STRENGTH

5 Rounds

  • Squat x 5 (Goblet, Front, or Back)

(After last heavy set, 1 drop set x 10+ reps)

*Rest 2 minutes after each round

ACCESSORY WORK

3 Rounds

  • Chin-ups x 5
  • Hanging L-sit Hold x 30 seconds
  • Axis Leopard Crawl x 1 revolution/side
