  • Goblet Squat x 1 w/ pause (heavy-ish)

*rest 2 minutes

ACCESSORY WORK

  • Pullup x "Quality Set"
  • Sliding Hamstring Curls x 8
  • Side Plank Powell Raise x 10/side

*rest 45 sec after each exercise
