  • Minute 2: KB Swings x 15
  • Minute 3: Goblet Hold
  • Minute 4: Assault Bike x "Peak RPM's"
  • Minute 5: REST


  • Steady State Aerobic Cooldown x 3 minute
  • "Nose-Only"
