  • Face the Wall Squat x 5
  • Goblet Squat x 1 w/ pause (heavy-ish)

STRENGTH

5 Rounds

  • Squat (any variation) x 3 reps

*rest 2 minutes

ACCESSORY WORK

3 Rounds

  • Half Kneeling Landmine Press x 8/side
  • Ring Rows x 10
  • Stir the Pot x 30 sec

*rest 45 sec after each exercise
