  • Box Jump x 5
  • Hurdle Jump w/Stick x 5
  • Hurdle Jump w/ mini Bounce x 5
  • Hurdle Jump Continuous x 5

*rest 45 sec between sets

CONDITIONING

E2MOM for 16 (8 Rounds)

  • Round 1: Assault Bike x Peak RPM
  • Round 2: Run x 100 yds

AMRAP in 10 Minutes

  • Thrusters x 9 (Barbells but use DBs if needed)
  • Double Unders x 35 (sub 8 cal Bike/Row)
