CONDITIONING

- Round 1: Assault Bike x Peak RPM
- Round 2: Run x 100 yds
AMRAP in 10 Minutes
- Thrusters x 9 (Barbells but use DBs if needed)
- Double Unders x 35 (sub 8 cal Bike/Row)
