  • Wall March x 10/side
  • Wall March Switch x 4/side
  • Partner Banded Sprints x 2 x 10 yds
  • Half Kneeling Accelerations x 3/side x 10 yds

CONDITIONING

Every 2 Minutes for 24 Minutes (12 Rounds)

  • Round 1: Shuttle Run x 75 yds
  • Round 2: Walkout to Jump Squat x 6
  • Round 3: Bike x Peak RPMs

FINISHER

3 Rounds

  • Weighted Plank x 30 sec
