  • Tall Kneeling Chest Pass x 8
  • Half Kneeling Rotational Throws x 4/side

STRENGTH

5 Rounds

  • DB Bench press x 8
  • Single Arm Overhead Walking Lunges x 6 steps per arm

*rest 1 minute between movements

3 Rounds

  • Band Reverse Flies x 10
  • Pike Liftoffs x 8
  • Side Plank – 3 x 10 seconds/side

*rest 45 seconds after each exercise
