  1. Assisted Counter Balance x 5
  2. Face the Wall Squat x 5
  3. Goblet Squat x 1 w/ pause (heavy-ish)

STRENGTH

5 Rounds

  • Squat (Front, Back, or Goblet) x 5 reps

*Complete 5th set then immediately drop set with goal of 10+

ACCESSORY WORK

3 Rounds

  • Half Kneeling Landmine Press x 8/side
  • Side Plank Powell Raise x 8/side
  • DB RDL x 8

*rest 45 sec after each exercise
