  • Goblet Squat x 1 w/ pause (heavy-ish)

STRENGTH

  • Squat Variation x 5 @ 32X1

(Back, Front, or Goblet)

*rest 2 minutes

ACCESSORY WORK

3 Rounds

  • Landmine RDL x 8/side
  • DB Row x 10/side
  • PVC Lat Pulldown x "Quality Set"

*rest 45 sec after each exercise
