  • Round 3 – Bottoms-Up KB (LIGHT!!)

STRENGTH

*alternate sides every minute

*5 rounds per side total

  • KB Swings
  • Goblet Squat

RECOVERY

  • Steady State Aerobic Cooldown
  • Assault Bike *or* Rower
  • Nose only breathing
  • Minimum 3 minutes
