Relieve Pain, Prevent Injury, Improve Performance

In this video, I am demonstrating just one simple example of some routine maintenance (scraping) that anyone can do.

I am using the Sidekick Tool, which starts at $45, but you can also use a simple porcelain soup spoon that can be found for about $1.
