What was your biggest fear or concern before starting at the SHOP?
Working out with strangers and feeling like I didn’t know what I was doing.
How did you overcome that fear to get started and become a member?
I decided that even going one time is a huge step and once I did go and met the trainers and members I feel in love with the environment.
What was your biggest fitness struggle and how did the SHOP help you overcome it?
I had been working out for years before going to The Shop but saw no different in my body but once I started consistently going to The Shop I saw incredible growth as an athlete and felt the strongest I have ever felt. The Shop taught me how to workout effectively and have fun.
How is your life different now that you’re a SHOP member?
Fitness is now a huge part of my life and The Shop has helped me form habits I won’t even lose.
What would you say to someone struggling with their fitness goals and thinking about coming to the SHOP?
Just do it! Getting over the nerves of going and just doing it even one class can change your life. The Shop is great for everyone no matter what stage of fitness you’re at. They are great at making everyone feel welcome and really cater to what each individual needs.
Anything else about the SHOP that you want to share?
The Shop really encouraged me to pursue fitness as a career and even though I no longer go to The Shop I use the skills I have learned everyday on my own. I cannot speak highly enough.
