  • Foam Roller Single Leg RDL x 10/side
  • Hack Squat x 10
  • Side Plank Powell Raise x 10/side

Wall Ball Progression

  • Prying Goblet Squat x 10
  • Counterbalance Squat x 10
  • Air Squats to a Wall Ball x 10
  • Goblet Squat x 10
  • Wall Ball x 10

CONDITIONING

E5MOM for 25 Minutes

  • Wall Ball x 15
  • Double Unders x 50
  • Assault Bike/Row w/ remaining time

*Time Cap = 3 minutes each round
