I’ve always played sports and worked out, but group workouts never appealed to me until I tried a Crossfit workout years ago. After that I immediately found the SHOP and since then it’s been an invaluable part of my life.
I really enjoy the exceptional coaches, the people and the thought and effort put into the programming. Having been to multiple CrossFit boxes around the country, I can say that the culture that we have at the SHOP of support, intensity and safety is truly unique.
The morning sessions are a great start to the day and the later ones help to decompress. Because the workouts were built into my weekly routine I was not even considering how many I had done, so when I hit 1,000 and the kilo club I was completely surprised.
It’s a really cool personal achievement to hit that milestone (before John) and I’m looking forward to hitting 2,000 in a couple years!
