I’ve always had exercise ADD. I’ve done strength training, endurance training (running, biking, swimming), P90X, yoga etc, etc. I’ve always started losing interest and motivation and gotten bored, so switched to something new for a year or two. This was always just been “ok” and led to decent fitness. But, I really wanted to find something I could be more consistent with over time. At The SHOP, I’ve found a community of people that have similar goals and interests as me and provide motivation for me. The diverse things we do- all of the different kinds of conditioning and constantly changing (changing with a purpose) strength movements we do keep things fun, keep things interesting, and lead to noticeable gains. The coaching is AMAZING and constantly remains focused on quality movement and longevity. I think, though, if I had to boil it down to one “thing,” I’d say the culture and community are amazing and have kept me coming back for more for several years running!
