Pause Request

To pause your SHOP Membership, please read below for eligibility and fill out the form to submit your request. After filling out the form below, please allow five (5) business days for us to process your request.

PAUSE ELIGIBILITY

  • If you have a medical issue that prevents you from utilizing your membership for a period of time longer than three (3) weeks during any one billing cycle (such as injury). If you have a medical issue that prevents you from utilizing your membership for the foreseeable future, please fill out the Membership Cancellation Request Form.
  • If you are traveling for a period of time longer than three (3) weeks during any one billing cycle.

DURATION
For travel, the pause duration will match the length of the trip (subject to eligibility stated above). For other pauses, Members may pause their membership, subject to eligibility, for a period from thirty (30) days to ninety (90) days. Or, in case a longer recovery or recuperation period is necessary, the return date will be mutually agreed upon.

MONTH-TO-MONTH MEMBERSHIPS
A month-to-month membership is not eligible for a pause, but you are able to terminate your membership at any time. See Membership Cancellation Request Form.

BILLING & TERM
Your billing will be suspended for the duration of the pause, and will automatically resume once the pause period has ended. Any suspended payments will be added onto the initial term of your agreement, extending the Membership term by the length of the pause.
